Season 1 Episode 15 A Few Good Men

Matt and Caroline are surprised when Matt's long-lost mother returns to Mystic Falls. Elena and Stefan are concerned about Damon's new positive attitude, and Alaric makes some surprising discoveries about his past life. Meanwhile, Stefan and Jenna help Elena search for information about her birth mother.

The vampire Harper from the tomb kills a man in the woods and takes his clothes. 

Jenna tells Elena she found a friend of her biological mothers. She also informs Elena that Alarics wife who died was also named Isobel. 

Elena tells Stefan about what Jenna told her. 

Caroline and Matt hook up till Matt's mother walks in. 

Jenna shows Alaric a picture of Elena's mother, realizing it is also his wife. 

Elena visits Isobels friend Trudie. 

Alaric has a flashback of Isobel obsessing over vampires. 

As soon as Elena asks Trudie about vampires she is asked to leave. 

Elena sees a stranger outside when she leaves. 

Liz asks Damon to be a bachelor at the town event. 

The stranger goes to Trudie asking about Elena. 

The stranger kills Trudie. 

At the bachelor event Damon talks about how delicious Alarics wife was. 

The stranger informs Elena to stop looking for Isobel, then jumps in front of a car. 

Alaric goes to the Salvator's to get Damon but it went the other way. 

Damon killed Alaric. 

Alaric suddenly wakes up. 

Elena class the last number on the strangers phone... Turns out it's Isobel. 

Harper goes and finds Pearl and Anna.
