Season 1 Episode 1 Pilot

Elena Gilbert and her brother Jeremy come to terms with the death of their parents. Elena is popular amongst her peers and the perfect straight A student, but has difficulties hiding her grief from the world. Meanwhile, Jeremy treads on a dangerous path of using drugs to ease his pain. The arrival of new student Stefan Salvatore, however, makes Elena think about romantic possibilities.

A couple goes for a drive, when they suddenly hit something. 

The guy goes to check on the person. 

The guy is killed as he is bitten in the neck. 

Elena Gilbert writes in her journal. 

Bonnie and Elena drive to school. 

Caroline hugs Elena and asks how she is doing after her parents death. 

Jeremy is jealous of Tyler and Vicki. 

Elena noticed that Jeremy is high. 

Elena runs into the new student, Stefan. 

Elena visits her parents grave. 

The fog comes in. 

Elena runs into Stefan again as she tries to run from the fog. 

Jeremy tries to get vicki's attention. 

Stefan remember Katherine. 

Stefan and Elena take a walk away from the party. 

Caroline tries to flirt with Stefan. 

Vicki is attacked in the woods. 

Stefans brother Damon shows up. 

Caroline drank too much at the party. 

Vicki wakes up in the hospital. 

Stefan visits Elena.
